We are pleased to offer try-on-at-home service with our sample dresses. This service is currently only available across the UK.
If you are a local bride living in or around Newcastle upon Tyne, we are happy to bring the dress directly to your home and assist you with any styling recommendations.
If you live in other cities in the UK, we can send sample dresses to your address and assist you virtually.
Our sample dresses only come in one size, which is usually comparable to UK size 10-12. We offer try-on tools to assist you with the fitting, so the size range can cover from S to L sizes. The try-on fee is £25 for the first dress and £15 for each additional dress, plus a shipping fee.
Below are the details of how the process works.
1. Purchase the sample dress and our sample try-on service as usual. The payment for the sample dress is only a deposit, we will refund the full amount to you once we receive the dress back in its original condition. The sample try-on fee and shipping fee are not refundable.
2. If you’d like to keep the sample dress, you can let us know, and you only need to pay the difference (price minus your deposit).
3. If you’d like to order a brand-new dress, we can deduct £25 from your order.
4. If you want to try more than 1 dress, please purchase the sample dress deposit for each dress and add the sample try-on fee.
Note: DO NOT wear tanning cream when trying on the dress or other products that may stain the dress. If you are having any trouble trying the dress on or using the zipper/back buttons, please contact us for assistance first to avoid any damage to the dress.
