Introducing our newest collection to the Chelsea Reece lineup, The Journey dress. Beautiful, breathable, and accessible for everyone, The Journey dress is a linen version of our classic dream dress with a few exciting changes. It’s perfect for adventures big or small, and reminds us that life’s not about the destination, but the journey along the way. 

The Journey Dress in Transatlantic reminds us of the deep blue sea and the night sky. It reminds us to dream beyond our wildest dreams and go after what calls to us.

The Journey dress features a corset back along with a side zipper. The side zipper helps the dress maintain its shape, while the corset back can be adjusted to best fit your silhouette. The Journey dress contains synthetic horse hair netting (not from real horses) under the skirt to maintain its shape and allow for maximum twirl-ibility (in place of the crinoline lining featured in our Dream dress.) This change makes the dress not only more affordable, but also more practical for daily wear. 

Journey has built-in bra cups, our classic four way stretch underskirt, and, of course, pockets. The dress is made of cotton-linen natural fibers.

Our mission of making elegance and empowerment an essential through fashion will always be at the core of what we do. We are thrilled to be bringing this new, more accessible option to the Chelsea lineup that will hopefully allow even more people to twirl. A heads up on opening the entire thing: the round container’s Lid is screwed on VERY LOOSELY. Be mindful when you’re unboxing. Screw it back on very tightly. The spray nozzle on this bottle gives such a beautiful, antique perfume vibe—it really elevates the whole experience. It sprays the glitter perfectly, so it’s easy to get a flawless application every time. (Don’t forget to keep the little nozzle cover to protect it!) Honestly, I wouldn’t apply it any other way than with the bottle—it just makes everything so much smoother. 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you happen to go overboard, just grab the closest shirt and wipe off any excess. No point in wasting any of this stuff! :) Oh, & those two little gloss bottles are actually glue, which is perfect for keeping everything right where you need it to be. Here’s a little pro tip: I used the same tape that kept the box sealed to reseal the lid of the round glitter container until I’m ready to use it. Worked like a charm! 😎 It’s a small detail, but it will keep everything neat, and prevent unwanted glitter explosions in the future. If you’re a sparkle lover, you’ll adore this glitter—it’s as pretty in person as it looks online!
