After almost four years of development we are super proud to finally present the Swiss Army Knife of all carbon forks. My goal was to design a carbon fork for frame builders like me, providing all the features and mounts you would need for building a fully integrated high end custom bicycle. The M.U.D. fork is a true multi purpose tool made for rough use and it can handle every situation, from serious gravel riding to heavy loaded bike packing.
We tested our design on bike races all over the world and also took it to the laboratories of Zedler and EFBE institutes in Germany, where it was tested with the hardest industry standards, successfully proofing it's strength.

The M.U.D. fork has all the mounts you always wished for on a carbon fork, mounts for front racks and anything cages, a light mount, internal brake hose and a super clean integrated fender mounting solution.
A very special feature is our unique design for a clean dynamo cable routing inside the fork leg, up to the headlight and back on the underside of the fork crown to the tail light. You can also run a cable up inside the fork steerer for stem mounted charging devices.
The fork has a super wide tire clearance, up to 700C x 55 mm or 650B X 64 mm tires, while maintaining the standard 395 mm axle-to-crown measurement, keeping the bike nice and compact without changing the normal front end geometry of most gravel bikes. 55 mm fork rake for additional toe overlap clearance when riding with big tires and fenders.
And we should not forget to mention, the slick and elegant design blends in perfectly with the slender looks of today's modern custom made metal bikes.

Literally, this fork has it all in one, a true M.ulti U.tility D.esign, just like a Swiss Army Knife!

• Material: Carbon
• Paint: Each Fork is hand painted by friend and fellow frame builder Jacek Orlowski. Base paint is charcoal / glimmer gray anthracite. Special rubber like soft touch urethane extreme matte clear coat. Custom colors on demand.
• Maximum Tire Clearance: Up to 700c x 2.25" knobby tires, depending on tire. Tested with Schwalbe Racing Ralph tires. Up to 650B x 2.4", tested with Kenda Booster Pro
• Fender Mounting: Circular fork crown cut out allows for up to 60mm wide fender installation. M6 under fork crown mount. M5 dropout mounts.
• Rack Mounts: 3 x M5 fork leg mounts, 64mm spacing, max load 2 kg each eyelet - total 6 kg per side. M6 front fork crown rack mount
• Dynamo Cable Routing: Internal in right fork leg, accepts two cables from hub to fork crown for additional devices. Cable routing inside steerer tube for stem mounted charging devices.
• Taillight Routing: Dedicated under fork crown cable routing to the back of fork crown.

  Successfully passed ISO 4210-2:2023 Clause 4.9 tested by TÜV Rheinland in Shanghai.
